Simple, upfront pricing
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what you need. You'll get a written quote before any work begins.
What clients say
Our books were eight months behind when we started. Two months later everything was reconciled and I finally knew what we were actually making each month.
The owner statements are the clearest I've ever received. Every payout ties back to the bookings, and questions get answered the same day.
Riley ran the numbers on two properties before we made an offer. The projection kept us from overpaying on the first one.
Common questions
What happens on a first call?
We talk through your business or property, what you need help with and which service fits. Afterward you get a written quote before any work begins.
Do I need to use QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online is what I work in most. If you use something else, we'll look at whether it fits your needs before suggesting any change.
My books are months or years behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is quoted separately after a review of where things stand, and it starts with whatever affects taxes or cash.
How are rental owners' funds handled?
Owner and guest funds are held in a trust account that's reconciled to the owner ledgers every month, and each owner gets a monthly statement that ties back to it.
Do you prepare and file tax returns?
[Your answer, for example: Slice handles year-round planning and a preparer-ready package, and works alongside your CPA, who files the return.]
Do you work with clients outside Charleston?
Slice serves Charleston and the Lowcountry. Bookkeeping and tax planning can be done remotely, so reach out if you're elsewhere.
